​Program Description

In celebration of the 32nd anniversary of our “Toys-4-Tots” & Kipps School Program, we would like this year to have the largest attendance ever. The generous contribution from our sponsors and attendees has made it possible for us to bring a little Christmas to many deserving children. Last year our members and guests donated over 180 toys. Over the past 30 years the Chapter has been able to distribute nearly 7,000 toys to local charities. Our Chapter also donates $1,000 to the First Choice Women's Resource Centers which is used to purchase baby goods/supplies for babies in crisis, and our 50/50 raffle proceeds get donated to The Little Sisters of the Poor in Totowa, NJ.

Enjoy a lavish cocktail reception, buffet dinner and a Holiday program featuring musical entertainment at Il Villagio in Carlstadt, NJ.

Step & Repeat Banner Sponsorship: $500
Have your Institution's name displayed on a 5x8 ft banner for a group photo opportunity. Includes one complimentary attendee to the event. Limited to the first 15!
The deadline for this sponsorship opportunity is November 29, 2024.

Bar Sponsorship: $1,000
Includes one complimentary attendee to the event. Limited to the first 2!

Cocktail Hour Sponsorship: $1,500
Includes one complimentary attendee to the event. Limited to one sponsor!

Dinner Sponsorship: $2,500
Includes two complimentary attendees to the event. Limited to one sponsor!

The deadline for the above 3 sponsorship opportunities is December 4, 2024.

Refunds and Cancellations

A refund will be provided for cancellations received by FMS in writing prior to one (1) week before the program start date. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that date. A substitution from your institution is welcome at any time. FMS reserves the right to change instructors or reschedule/cancel sessions when necessary. FMS is not responsible for airfare penalties incurred due to the cancellation of the program.
