Jay Junior
Managing Director | D.A. Davidson

Jay Junior is a Managing Director for the Investment Banking group, with  more than 25 years of investment banking experience serving financial  institutions. He has completed over 125 transactions including both  buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions, public and private  offerings of debt and equity, branch purchases and sales, valuations and  financial advisory services for clients in the following industries:  commercial banks and thrifts, insurance companies, specialty finance  companies and asset management firms.

Prior to joining D.A. Davidson, he was a Managing Director at Mufson  Howe Hunter & Co. and Janney Montgomery Scott LLC. He is currently a  board member with the Radnor Conservancy, a former president of North  Wayne Protection Association—the nation’s oldest consecutively existing  civic association—and he is a former board member and finance chair of  the Finance Committee of Caring People Alliance, one of Philadelphia’s  largest social service agencies serving at risk youth and their  families. Jay holds a bachelor’s degree from Swarthmore College.

Refunds and Cancellations

A refund will be provided for cancellations received by FMS in writing prior to one (1) week before the program start date. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that date. A substitution from your institution is welcome at any time. FMS reserves the right to change instructors or reschedule/cancel sessions when necessary. FMS is not responsible for airfare penalties incurred due to the cancellation of the program.
