Join your fellow FMS Members, Chapter's Past Presidents, dignitaries and invited guests for a gala evening to celebrate the installation of the 2025-2026 Chapter Officers. Enjoy a lavish cocktail reception, a full-course dinner and an evening of musical entertainment!

Platinum Dinner Sponsorship: $5,000 (2 Available)
Platinum sponsors receive 4 tickets to the Dinner Dance and a 4.75” x 7.375” full-page color ad in the event program. The name/logo of your organization will be on signage and listed as a Platinum Dinner Sponsor in the evening’s program booklet.

Gold Bar Sponsorship: $2,500 (5 Available)
Gold sponsors receive 3 tickets to the Dinner Dance and a 4.75” x 7.375” full-page color ad in the event program. The name/logo of your organization will be on signage and listed as a Gold Sponsor in the evening’s program booklet.

Silver DJ Sponsorship: $1,250 (10 Available)
Silver sponsors receive 2 tickets to the Dinner Dance and a 4.75” x 3.625” half-page color ad in the event program. The name/logo of your organization will be on signage and listed as a Silver Sponsor in the evening’s program booklet.

Bronze Table Arrangements Sponsorship: $750 (15 Available)
Bronze sponsors receive 1 ticket to the Dinner Dance and a 4.75” x 1.625” quarter-page color ad in the event program. The name/logo of your organization will be on signage and listed as a Bronze Sponsor in the evening’s program booklet.

Supporting Sponsor: $300 (20 Available)
Supporting sponsors will have their organization’s name/logo listed as a Supporting Sponsor in the evening’s program booklet.

Refunds and Cancellations

A refund will be provided for cancellations received by FMS in writing prior to one (1) week before the program start date. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after that date. A substitution from your institution is welcome at any time. FMS reserves the right to change instructors or reschedule/cancel sessions when necessary. FMS is not responsible for airfare penalties incurred due to the cancellation of the program.
