The meeting was held at Macalusco's in Hawthorne, N.J. on February18, 2026. Members enjoyed a cocktail reception with an array of hot and cold appetizers along with a selection of fine wine and beer followed by a full course dinner during the presentation.

Jonathan Sundberg described the challenges that community banks are facing in the current and near--term interest rate environment and provided comprehensive strategies that risk management teams should consider to manage margin while reducing cost and protecting capital. Jon demonstrated balance sheet and loan level hedging solutions while providing derivatives compliance to optimize bank balance sheets, compete for loans and grow an institution's overall volume.
